Cassie and Lewis’s wedding

Cassie and Lewis were a joy to work with.

A couple who wanted to be married, no fame, no fuss just love.

It was a beautiful family affair with their toddler included in as much of the ceremony as we could, he and dad did their own walk down the aisle to an ACDC tune, which was a lovely addition to the ceremony.

Date & Venue

25th January 2025 at Thainstone House was where Cassie and Lewis chose for their wedding ceremony.

A day after a major storm when we were all praying for no wind or rain, and we got a beautiful day.

THE COUPLE

Cassie and Lewis were so easy to work with. They were so chilled about getting married.

They are all about their little family and circle of friends.

They were super organised and everything run like clockwork on the day.

This was an intimate ceremony with only close friends and family there to cheer Cassie and Lewis on on their big day.

They were all lovely and shed a tear or two watching this beautiful couple get married.

Cassie and Lewis wanted a no-fuss ceremony, which is what we did.

A beautiful story with some humour running through it, celebrating their life together so far. With their close friends and family watching on as they took the next step.

Their Story



first date

Cassie and Lewis were workmates so started their relationship as friends, who realised that there was more to this relationship than friends.

The first official couple date went so well it lead to lots more dates.



proposal

Lewis proposed on a short break, totally taking Cassie’s breath away at the surprise.

He had put a lot of planning into this proposal and was rewarded of course, with a YES.



the family

Cassie and Lewis have a beautiful happy little boy called Flynn who is the apple of their eyes.

Their close family and friends were delighted to be there on the day watching them get married.

From the first merting over video call we knew Mary would be the perfect person to tell our story. We wanted a relaxed and informal celebration with still the important stuff included!

The questionnaires were a great addition which both of us were eager to hear what and how the other had described each other.

Mary was able to reassure and structure the day to meet our needs individually and together so that we were comfortable from start to finish!

I would have no hesitation in recommending The Celebrant Angel to anyone looking to celebrate their big day!
