The Marcliffe Hotel – Aberdeen Wedding Venue
Scottish Country Hotel hidden in the heart of the City.
I’ve done a couple of weddings at The Marcliffe Hotel, a stunning wedding venue in Aberdeen.
Dec 2023 saw me doing a ceremony for Claire and Marc, and September 2024 had me there again for Vicki and Andrew’s wedding day.
Are you just starting out planning your wedding and looking for the right venue?
We’ll let me take you to a venue that’s perfect for weddings – The Marcliffe Hotel in Aberdeen.
The Marcliffe Hotel is tucked away in the heart of Aberdeen and is a charming blend of elegance and relaxation, perfect for a wedding.
Set in 8 acres of stunning grounds, it’s a picture-perfect spot for you and your guests to soak up the day’s magic—whatever the season.
The perfect spot to hold your wedding with a fantastic wedding team and where service is second to none.
So let me tell you a bit more about having a wedding at The Marcliffe Hotel
luxurious offerings and a tranquil atmosphere
The Courtyard Room
The Courtyard room is an ideal spot for your ceremony.
The Courtyard Suite is on the ground floor and gives you access to the outdoor courtyard for summer weddings.
It can accommodate up to 130 guests for your ceremony.
It can also be used for smaller weddings for the wedding meal.
The Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom is located on the first floor can hold up to 250

This gives you the option to have your ceremony in one room then moving to the grand ballroom for dinner, saving your guests having to wait until the ceremony room is turned around for dinner.
