The Tipping Wedding
A Celebration Of Love
Richard and Heathers wedding was about celebrating their relationship as they took the next step in a life together.
It was about having a chilled day to celebrate with the close family and friends.
The best love is unexpected.
You don’t just pick someone and cross your fingers it’ll work out.
You meet them by fate, and it’s an instant connection, and the chemistry between you is way above your head.
You just talk, and notice the way their lips curve when they smile, or the colour of their eyes, and all at once you know
Your either lucky or screwed
The key to love is …
The chemistry was there
and here we stand today.
They have found a home within each other,
a place where they belong
and where they were always meant to be.
Date & Venue
Barra Barn was the location of Richard and Heather’s wedding.
An enchanting location nestled on a family farm with awe-inspiring views. And we certainly got the weather for the views that day
THE COUPLE
Richard and Heather are a lovely couple.
They work well together as a team and have a love of food that has been all the way through their relationship.
wedding party
Richard and Heathers wedding guests were such good fun on the day.
We included a crowd vow in this ceremony and the guests rose to the challenge having lots of fun.
ceremony
Richard and Heathers ceremony had lots of fun included in it.
The guests were as much part of the ceremony as the couple were, and all took part in certain parts of the ceremony
Their Story
first date
Their first date was at Cafe 52 in Aberdeen, where Heather actually took her jacket off for this date.
They found a love of food together and didn’t stop sharing stories about their lives all night.
So to say their first date well was just the start of their journeyy together.
proposal
Richard proposed to Heather during their holiday in New York.
Richard’s mum had dropped subtle hints to Heather that something special might happen.
Richard had been waiting for the perfect moment but Heather got impatient and asked when he was going to do it.
the family
I’m pretty sure that Heather and Richard will have lots of adventures in the future..
I’m pretty sure if they keep their home full of laughter, their fridge full of good food and drinks, and their hearts full of honesty, they will have a long and happy life together.
From start to finish Mary was a pleasure to work with.
She even managed to tease some romantic stories from my reserved English husband!
Mary made sure our ceremony was personal, fun and joyful.
She also helped us through the bureaucratic process of getting married, which is something that can be stressful!
Thank you for being a part of our special day Mary!
